It’s been seriously cold lately, tuck-your-singlet-into-your-knickers kind of cold. And that means condensation. And condensation leads to mould on windowsills and mildew on jackets, shoes and clothes.
So here’s a quick fix.
When you open up your house on a sunny day, or turn on the dry function on your heat pump or crank up the dehumidifier…
Open the wardrobe or cupboard doors in those damp rooms.
It’ll help keep the contents fresher and less likely to attract mildew.
Ew! Mildew… even the word sound yukky.
