No I’m not saying you should start jogging!
But you could do something similar in your own home. At some point in your day you will move from one room to another.
Have a look around and see if there’s anything that doesn’t belong where you are, but does belong where you are heading.
Even picking up just one thing each time you remember makes a difference, teach your family to do it too and reap the rewards (well, it’s worth a try!).
(Of course you can jog from room to room if you like…)
Make it a habit and you’ll find your home will start to look just a little bit tidier and things will be easier to find.
