There is so much to do! Too much sometimes. Habitual list making might help.

You might want to make sure you always have a note book and pen or your smart phone with you & use it! Write down everything that you need to do, now and in the future. If this is a new habit, try connecting it with something you do regularly throughout the day, like having a coffee. Pull out your note book or tap the note icon and get writing!
